Mucho Picante

This is a lovely little Mexican spot situated here on the ever busy evington road! Finding street parking especially at busy times can be a difficult task. Nevertheless, the food here was good. The beef birria tacos were tasty, spicy and tasted authentic. The quesidias were okay too; enjoyed the consume dip. Unfortunately, the fries tasted a bit stale, cold and we didn’t finish them. Also seating can be a little limited as they have 3 benches which can probably seat a total of 10 people. Overall, nice to have Mexican cuisine in Leicester.

Big thank you to Uzair and Anas, lovely customer service and the tacos always hit the spot. Love driving down from Birmingham just to bring my friends each time and we all love it. Highly recommend everyone to try their food, it was spot on! Also huge thanks to Uzair for dessert on the house, much appreciated :)

My first time trying Mucho Picante and I loved it. If I could give this place 6 stars then I would but sadly Google won’t let me. The tacos were next level and packed with flavour. Super fresh ingredients, perfectly seasoned meats and brilliant sauce. Friendly staff and quick service. The vibe is warm and welcoming. Easily the best tacos around. I would highly recommend Mucho Picante and can’t wait for my next visit.

Great place with excellent service from staff who are friendly and knowledgeable as i really didn’t know much about some of the offerings. Food was pretty fresh and served quite quickly (ordered the Megabox and Barilla Quesadillas). Great location and a nice and cosy little Takeaway with the option to eat in. Place is very nice and clean and seating is available for roughly 8 people in total. Overall the food was enjoyable and tasty and different to your usual burgers and wraps so I would definitely recommend and would probably be visiting again in the near future

Yesterday visit second time and it’s changed a lot and this time I had an amazing experience at Mucho picante The food was absolutely delicious — everything from the sides to the tacos and pizza was cooked to perfection. The decorations was little bit oldish but the staff were very attentive without being intrusive. You can tell they really care about quality and customer satisfaction. Definitely one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a while!

I ordered the 4 tacos meal (2x chicken, 2x beef). The food was absolutely delicious and fairly priced. The venue itself is a little small; in future I may have opted to order to take it away but otherwise I can’t complain about the standard of service I received.

I ordered 2 of the munch boxes and they did not disappoint. I'm super impressed with the service and the food was great value for the money. The atmosphere was nice and the man on the till was super helpful when we were deciding on what we wanted to order. Would highly recommend and will definitely be ordering again.
